Decent watch, app needs polish

I purchased the Angel Watch 4G GPS Video Phone Watch for my son. The delivery was fairly quick, arrived within 5 days. The watch itself is good quality and feels durable for a kid. He likes the video call feature. However, the battery life isn't quite as long as advertised, I find myself charging it every night, sometimes it's close to dead by evening if he's used it a lot. The app interface for tracking and managing contacts works, but it's not the most modern or user-friendly. It gets the job done, but it could be more intuitive. Value for money is good considering the features, but the app experience and battery life could be improved to make it a perfect product.

Got one for grandma

So I got the Series R Assist Health & Safety Watch for Seniors for my grandma. She's not super techy, but she's figuring this out. It was pretty easy to set up, just followed the steps in the little booklet. We got the monthly cellular subscription and that was smooth too. She likes that she can call us easily, and I like that I can check where she is if I need to. She actually used the SOS button once by accident, and it called me! It was a false alarm, but it's good to know it works. The watch itself seems well-made, not flimsy or anything. Overall, it feels like a good way to stay connected and make sure she's okay without it being too complicated for her. Totally recommend it for older folks.

Quick shipping, good tracker

Bought the Angel Watch 4G GPS Video Phone Watch. It arrived fast, like 4 days. Easy to activate the SIM card. Location tracking is accurate. My son can call me easily. Happy with the purchase. Works as expected for keeping track of him.

Good watch, app needs work

I ordered the Series R Assist 4G Kids Smartwatch for my daughter a few weeks ago, along with a SIM Card Starter Kit and a Protective Bumper Case. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Oregon, which was reasonable. The watch itself feels solid and my daughter likes the color. We got the red one. Setting it up with the SIM card was a bit tricky, the instructions weren't super clear, but I eventually figured it out after watching a YouTube video. The watch's calling and tracking features work pretty well. I can call her and see her location without a problem. My main gripe is with the Angel Watch App. It crashes sometimes, and the interface isn't very intuitive. It took me a while to find all the settings I needed. Customer support was okay when I called about a setting question; I waited on hold for about 15 minutes, then the person was helpful enough. Overall, happy with the hardware, but the software could definitely use some improvements for a smoother experience.
